What began as a small creative print and design studio has evolved into a state-of-the-art production hub, equipped with the latest in embroidery, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, sublimation, laser screen printing, and wide-format print technology.

The name Kolors reflects both the vivid beauty of the Kimberley region we call home and the energy, diversity, and creativity that drive everything we do.
The Kolors journey started with Kimberley Kolors, Broome’s creative design, print, and framing studio.
From our early days framing local artwork and producing custom signage, we quickly expanded into large-format printing, fine-art reproduction, and colour-critical design services — developing one of the most advanced and diverse print workshops in the north of Western Australia.
That same passion for precision, creativity, and technology has now grown into Kolors Workwear — dedicated to helping businesses, schools, and organisations present a strong, professional image through premium custom workwear and branded apparel.
With more than 20 years of design and production experience, and partnerships with national suppliers and manufacturers, we deliver consistent quality, durability, and colour accuracy across every order — from one-off uniforms to large corporate contracts.
Luke has worked in design and engineering his entire career, with over two decades of hands-on experience in creative and technical fields.
He began his journey in structural engineering and software-assisted design before transitioning full-time into creative production, founding Kimberley Kolors in 2017.
His unique combination of design, engineering, and colour management expertise drives the innovation and precision behind Kolors Workwear’s operations today.
Tram brings a strong background in software engineering and digital systems.
Graduating with an IT degree in 2010, she gained international experience developing mobile and telecommunications software in Germany before relocating to Broome.
Tram now leads the web, automation, and technology infrastructure across the Kolors Group, ensuring seamless digital integration between design, production, and customer experience.
